This method is quite safe and helpful for long term use. The cost of such treatments is a bit out of reach for common people. High cost restricts many people to use hydrogen peroxide teeth whitening method. Taking help from professional will be a bit expensive but you can try home products. Home based products have the same effect, considered safe and won’t burn a hole in your pocket.

Hydrogen peroxide has very short term of usage as it decomposes as soon as it comes in contact with saliva and oxygen. Dental and cement amalgam reacts with hydrogen peroxide leaving the teeth permeable which has to refilled again. Hydrogen peroxide teeth whitening method is ineffective for ceramic teeth, porcelain teeth and gold teeth. It can’t penetrate through any of these materials. It has its own advantages and disadvantages but you have to weigh that in your mind before going for hydrogen peroxide teeth whitening.
